Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the VPNQA website and subscription service. Information needed to manage accounts is handled separately from content transmitted over international routes. The sections below explain how each category of data is handled.

Account and Order Information

VPNQA accounts can be created with a username and password, without an email address. Email addresses are not collected during account creation. If a user voluntarily provides an email address or other personal information in a support ticket, it is used only to handle that request. Please avoid submitting identity documents unrelated to the issue.

Account information is used to verify logins, manage subscriptions, and restore service status. Order records include the selected plan, payment amount, order status, and related transaction references. They are used to confirm payments, process refunds, and review disputes. Support ticket content is used to investigate reported issues and should not include passwords or full subscription links.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Boundaries

VPNQA follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through international routes, or retain browsing history, destination domains, request content, or transmitted content. It does not create connection logs that could be used to trace an individual's browsing activity. Source addresses, destination addresses, and connection times for route sessions are not retained as historical connection logs.

Temporary connection state needed to forward data is used only while a session is being handled and is not saved as a historical record after the session ends. Account-level cumulative traffic and plan status are billing information and do not include access destinations. Login anomalies, order changes, and support ticket records are account management information, not browsing logs. Quantum encryption does not replace the privacy rules of the destination website.

Site Analytics and Browser Storage

Website analytics help us understand page usage, referral sources, and the distribution of errors. They may involve pages visited, referring pages, browser type, visit time, and network request information. Analytics are limited to the VPNQA website and are not used to observe other websites users access through international routes.

Cookies and local storage are used to maintain login status, save language or interface preferences, and retain necessary analytics state. Login credentials may be stored locally in the current browser, so staying logged in on a shared device is not recommended. Users can restrict cookies, delete site data, or clear local storage through browser settings. These actions may sign users out or reset preferences, but do not delete their server-side account.

Third-Party Payments and Information Sharing

VPNQA supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party provider, which receives the information needed to complete transactions under its own rules. VPNQA receives transaction results and references used to verify orders. Users are not asked to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.

The privacy policies of the relevant providers apply to their payment pages and data processing. VPNQA does not sell users' personal information. Relevant data is shared only to the extent necessary to complete payments, handle service requests, or meet applicable legal obligations. When submitting a transaction screenshot, please conceal information not needed to verify the order.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained for as long as needed to maintain the account and subscription. Order and transaction records are retained for as long as needed to reconcile payments, process refunds, address disputes, and meet applicable legal retention obligations. Support tickets and site analytics are deleted or de-identified once their purposes have been fulfilled. This policy does not set a single retention period without a confirmed basis; records are handled according to their respective purposes.

Users can log in to the panel and submit an access, correction, or deletion request through the support ticket portal. VPNQA will verify account ownership and explain the scope of the request. Order records that must be retained by law or are still subject to a dispute cannot be deleted immediately as part of an account request; their use remains limited to the relevant obligation. Before deletion, please confirm arrangements for subscription use and any outstanding orders.

Policy Updates and Questions

If data uses, service processes, or applicable requirements change, VPNQA will update this page and revise the last-updated month. Important changes to data handling will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Changes to this page do not replace consent where separate consent is required.

If you have questions about privacy practices, visit the contact us page to find a feedback channel. Please describe the data category involved and the action you would like taken. Do not submit passwords, login credentials, or full subscription addresses.
