Refund Policy

Check when your first payment was made, then submit a request through your account's support ticket. Eligibility, processing status, and payment records are reviewed in the same ticket.

Refund Window and Eligibility

You can request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of your first payment. The window is based on the record of your first successful payment, and the request time is based on when you submit your account support ticket. Requests submitted within the window remain eligible even if subsequent checks or payment processing extend beyond it.

You do not need to provide proof of connection issues or explain why you stopped using the service. Requests for monthly subscriptions and data packages must be linked to the actual payment order. Later transactions, such as renewals, duplicate payments, or mid-cycle upgrades, do not automatically restart the first-payment refund window; each transaction is reviewed separately.

Data packages remain valid until used and never expire. This usage rule is separate from the refund window and does not mean refunds are available at any time. Before paying, you can review plan prices and the Terms of Service.

Eligible Requests and Review

Ordinary requests made within the stated window for a first payment qualify for a full, no-questions-asked refund. Standard requests made after the window are not covered by this commitment. Orders that are unpaid, already closed, or already refunded cannot be submitted again as a refund request for the same payment.

Usage records may help verify the order and service status, but this policy does not impose an unpublished usage limit or reduce the commitment because a connection was made or data was used normally. If records show usage beyond the plan allowance, the usage and order details should be checked first; an irregular record should not automatically be treated as the user's responsibility.

Accounts involving suspected misuse, payment disputes, or unclear transaction ownership require a review of the relevant facts. An unusual account status alone does not automatically invalidate a refund request. The decision should explain its basis. If you dispute a record, you can add supporting information to the original ticket and request another review.

How to Apply and What to Include

Sign in to the account associated with the payment order, open the support ticket portal, and clearly request a refund. Include the order number, plan name, payment time, amount paid, and payment method. If the order is not yet visible in the panel, you can add a payment receipt and transaction ID to help identify the payment record.

Keep only the information needed to verify the transaction in your receipt; you can redact other personal details. Do not submit your account password, complete payment account details, or wallet private key. An account can be created without an email address using only a username and password, so you do not need to provide an email address for a refund request.

After submitting your request, check the original ticket for requests for more information and updates. Submitting duplicate tickets will not speed up payment processing. If you need to provide more evidence, correct an order number, or ask about progress, reply in the original ticket to keep the record complete.

Refund Methods and Payment Differences

Refunds are generally sent through the original payment method and linked to the original order. Alipay and WeChat payments should be processed through the corresponding payment channel whenever possible. If the original channel cannot process the refund, explain the situation in the ticket and confirm an available alternative first. Do not redirect the refund to an unverified account.

USDT transfers are handled differently from Alipay and WeChat payments; an on-chain transfer cannot be treated as a transaction that can be automatically reversed. If a refund is due, verify the original transaction, network, and receiving address in the ticket. Do not initiate a transfer until the address and network have been confirmed, to avoid sending funds to an incompatible network or address.

A full refund is based on the actual amount paid for the eligible original order. Account balance, renewal credit, or another service cannot replace a monetary refund. Any special handling required by payment channel restrictions should be explained and confirmed in advance.

Verifying Receipt and Next Steps

Request acceptance, refund processing, and receipt of funds are separate stages. The time it takes to receive a refund depends on the payment channel's processing status. USDT refunds also require verification of on-chain confirmations. This policy does not promise a fixed arrival time that has not been confirmed by the payment channel; check ticket replies and transaction records for updates.

After receiving a refund completion notice, check the statement for the original payment method or the corresponding on-chain transaction. If the funds have not arrived, provide the order number and current status in the original ticket, and VPNQA will continue checking the refund record. Once the refund is complete, the service benefits for that order end, and the subscription or remaining data cannot continue to be used under that order.
