Route FAQ / Start with your use case

What should you check before cross-border access?

Start with the service you want to use, then choose a region and route type. VPNQA brings connection, devices and billing into one workflow. To decide whether it fits, test the actual service rather than relying on a route name alone.

Connection performance

Will performance slow down during peak hours?

Check peak-hour performance on your own network and with the service you want to use. VPNQA offers routes in different regions and types, but a route name is not a speed guarantee. If a site loads but video buffers, first check whether anything else on your local network is downloading, then compare other routes in the same region. If a conversation stops mid-response, focus on whether the connection stays stable. Keeping track of the use case and route when a problem occurs is more useful than repeatedly changing every setting. Once you find a suitable route, keep a backup option and avoid switching exit regions unnecessarily.

Connection security

What does quantum encryption mean?

VPNQA describes its connection security as quantum encryption. When using the service, get the client and subscription from the user panel and keep the subscription URL secure as an account credential. When contacting support, you can share the client status and error message, but hide your subscription details and password. An encrypted connection does not replace account security on the destination site or change how that site handles data. Keep your system and client up to date, and make sure you are visiting the correct address for the service. Manage connection security and account security separately rather than relying on the connect button to answer every security question.

Using multiple devices

Can a computer and tablet connect at the same time?

Yes. VPNQA supports unlimited concurrent devices. Import your subscription into the appropriate client on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android or Linux; there is no need to disconnect repeatedly when switching devices. Device count and data allowance are separate: the more devices you use at once, the more closely you should monitor your plan’s remaining data. A computer is useful for checking work sites, while a mobile device can help you test access on your everyday network. After importing, confirm that the subscription updates successfully on each device, then choose routes for each use case. This helps avoid mistaking an outdated configuration on one device for a problem with the entire subscription.

AI Tools

Which route should I try if ChatGPT won’t load?

First check which regions the service supports, then use the same route to sign in and test its features. Account eligibility and regional rules for ChatGPT, Claude and Cursor are set by each platform; a successful connection does not guarantee access to every feature. When troubleshooting, distinguish between a page that will not load, an account notice and a response that stops midway. For page issues, check the client connection; for account notices, review the platform’s rules; for interrupted responses, compare connection stability across routes. Keep the exit region consistent during a work session where possible. After changing routes, test with a real conversation or editing task rather than treating a browser homepage loading as full verification.

Streaming

Does choosing the right region guarantee access to the content?

Not necessarily. You also need to check the platform account, content region and current route. What you can watch on Netflix, Disney+ and other streaming services may change with their policies. VPNQA does not promise access to all content based on a route’s region. Start by choosing a region that matches the content, then open the specific title and try playing it; seeing it in search results does not mean playback will work. If playback starts but buffers often, check your local network first, then compare routes in the same region. Judge everyday streaming by whether the content plays reliably, not just by a route label or whether the homepage loads.

Billing and refunds

What if the service isn’t right for me?

VPNQA offers a 7-day refund policy. Before choosing, review how monthly plans and data packages work. After activation, test the connection with your usual devices and the sites you want to access; there’s no need to change all your everyday settings just to evaluate it. If you run into an issue, use a support ticket in the user panel and include the use case, region, route type and error details. For a refund, review the refund policy and submit a request through the panel. “Start Free” takes you to the account entry point; actual plan prices are shown on the plans page and in the panel. The button does not imply any additional free data or usage period.

Comparing subscriptions? Start with the details that matter

VPNQA’s plans, routes and account process are clearly laid out for comparison. No email address is required to create an account; just choose a username and password. Unlimited concurrent devices make it easy to switch between devices. Monthly plans and data packages are explained separately, so monthly resets are not confused with data that lasts until used. To decide whether the service fits, list the services you use most, then check that the client, region and actual task work for you. There’s no need to start with unfamiliar technical jargon.

Route coverage tells you what options are available, not that every site will work the same way at all times. Your local network, the destination service’s rules and your account status can all affect the result. VPNQA recommends changing one factor at a time, keeping your current working configuration and describing issues in a way that can be reproduced. This makes troubleshooting easier for you and helps support understand what happened. For the full process, read the beginner-to-advanced user guide. Regional routes / Preview

Explore international routes by region and type

Coverage includes 120+ countries and 250+ lines. The examples below show regions and route types in the client; the routes actually available depend on the subscription updated after login. What do use case, region and route type each tell you?

Your use case determines how to test a route. For AI tools, check sign-in, task submission and whether responses complete. For streaming, try playing the specific content. For international sites, complete the actual browsing or collaboration task. Choose a region that fits the target service’s rules; the geographically closest option is not always best. Route types describe how a connection is organized. IEPL dedicated lines, relayed routes and direct connections are useful starting points for comparison, but the names alone cannot tell you how access will perform on your current network.

First find a route in a suitable region that lets you complete your task, then compare other types in that region. If a service reports an account or regional issue, read the message first; don’t confuse it with a client that is not connected. If several sites are inaccessible, check whether the subscription is up to date, the device is connected and your local network is working. Save your work before switching exit routes. If an issue is reproducible, note exactly what happens, and never share a screenshot containing your subscription credentials.

Clients / Importing a subscription

Get the client for your platform

Log in to the user panel to get your subscription. This page provides links to platform resources, not direct installer downloads or subscription URLs. Client download access depends on your panel status. Confirm your account and plan first, then import on the relevant device.

Windows

Get your subscription from the user panel, then check that the route list has updated after importing.

Get the client

macOS

Follow the panel instructions to import, then test a commonly used work site after connecting.

Get the client

Android

Complete the import and authorize the system connection, then test the target app.

Get the client

iOS

Check the panel for available options, then verify your connection after importing.

Get the client

Linux

Follow the panel instructions for your setup and check that the subscription updates.

Get the client

What should I check to confirm my first import is complete?

Opening the client does not mean the subscription has been imported. Sign in to the user panel and confirm your plan status, then open the client download area and follow the instructions for your platform. Once imported, you should see a route list. When refreshing the subscription, check that the update succeeds. If the list is empty, verify the import and update first instead of changing all your device’s network settings. Your subscription URL grants account access; don’t share it in public notes, article comments or screenshots.

Select a route, connect, then open the service you actually plan to use. For work, check sign-in and page interactions; for AI, make sure a task completes; for video, confirm the specific content plays continuously. When switching devices, check the import status on that device rather than assuming a test on your computer applies to every device. For routine maintenance, check subscription updates, remaining data and client notifications. Leave unfamiliar settings at their defaults, and troubleshoot step by step using the guides if something goes wrong.

Plans / Data needs

Monthly plans by data allowance

Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Every plan supports unlimited concurrent devices, accepts Alipay / WeChat / USDT and includes a 7-day refund policy. Choose based on your data needs; a larger allowance does not mean faster speeds.

Light use

Monthly plan

60GB plan

¥9.9 / month

  • 60GB per month
  • Unlimited concurrent devices
  • Quantum encryption
  • 7-day refund policy

A good option for evaluating everyday browsing and text-based tools. Streaming video and transferring files also use data, so check your actual usage in the panel before deciding whether this allowance suits you.

Everyday mixed use

Monthly plan

250GB plan

¥18 / month

  • 250GB per month
  • Unlimited concurrent devices
  • Quantum encryption
  • 7-day refund policy

For a mix of work sites, AI tools and video. Use your actual data usage to decide whether this plan fits; don’t estimate data needs based on the number of devices.

Choose this plan
Higher data needs

Monthly plan

500GB plan

¥28 / month

  • 500GB per month
  • Unlimited concurrent devices
  • Quantum encryption
  • 7-day refund policy

For usage patterns that already involve higher data consumption. Before choosing, check your usual routes and target services. A larger data allowance does not replace connection testing or change platform account rules.

Choose this plan

Data resets monthly on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Check your order and plan status in the user panel.

Irregular usage? Compare data packages

Data packages last until used and never expire: ¥158 / 300GB, ¥358 / 1000GB, ¥658 / 3000GB. Monthly plans reset on the activation date; data packages are consumed as you use them. Understand how each works before comparing costs rather than assuming one billing option offers savings not stated here.

Not sure how much data you need?

Choose based on your usual tasks, not the number of clients. If you mainly browse and collaborate day to day, consider a lighter plan. If you often stream video or transfer files, look at a larger allowance. We don’t translate plans into fixed viewing hours because content quality, file sizes and usage habits vary. After creating an account, check your plan, orders and data usage in the panel, then adjust your choice based on actual usage. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days; review the confirmation in the panel before proceeding.

Billing should also match your usage pattern. Compare monthly plans for regular use and data packages that never expire for occasional use; their data rules differ, so don’t compare them by price alone. Payment is available via Alipay, WeChat and USDT. Check payment and order status in the user panel. To review the terms, read the refund policy. For order or connection questions, open a support ticket in the user panel; don’t share account credentials on public pages.
